Job Title: Senior Network Administrator

Summary

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interest of our nation. We are seeking qualified candidates in support of an end-to-end data center managed service for the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) that includes computing, storage, and networking tasks. SecuriGence is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to help contribute to our success. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Provide support for network operations managing Cisco Routers and switches, Juniper Routers, Citrix NetScaler, Dell Switches and Nexus Data Center switches. Manage TACACS.

Network Administrative activities include:

• Maintaining a stable LAN/WAN environment.
• Patch infrastructure devices monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities.
• Use Solarwinds and Big Brother monitoring tools to manage and maintain the Network environment.
• Must be able to work independently to provide input and recommendations into the design phase and successfully execute requirements.
• Must excel at troubleshooting complex problems to resolution.
• Must be able to configure and install virtual/physical network infrastructure.
• Must be able to tune network device utilizations for memory, processes, and network performance.
• Must be able to train and mentor Junior Level SA's.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with planning, designing, and installing virtual hardware/software/storage within an Enterprise data center.
• Must have Cisco Certified Network professional or equivalent.
• Should have expert level knowledge on Cisco and Juniper network equipment.
• PKI infrastructure Management.
• VMWare ESXi.

This contract requires all candidates to be a U.S. Citizen.

No Remote Work allowed. No remote work requests entertained. Overtime is not required. Travel is not required. Weekend and on call work will be required.
